We check how your systems exchange data and what your business needs from them. That includes exceptions: multiple warehouses, customer-specific prices, split shipments or a supplier whose files need extra checks. If a system limits what is possible, we explain the options before you commit.
For an existing integration, we first establish what it does, which rules need to stay and whether it makes sense to repair or replace it.

You approve the result before it goes live
We need access to the systems, examples of your data and someone who can confirm the business rules. You know which warehouse should supply an order or which customers have special prices; we turn those decisions into a working connection.
We test the changes against your real data before allowing them into your live systems. You review the result and approve the switch. An existing connection can run alongside its replacement while we compare the results.

We keep looking after it after launch
We host the integration, monitor its runs and investigate problems with the connection. Your team has a dashboard to see what was processed and what needs attention, without having to maintain the software behind it.
Routine maintenance and small adjustments are part of the monthly service. If a larger change is needed, such as connecting a new system or rebuilding around a supplier's new export, we explain the work and agree a separate price first.
You keep responsibility for decisions about your products, customers and business rules. We look after the software that carries those decisions between systems.

We build, host and maintain the integration. We need a contact who understands your business rules and can approve the results. If your agency or ERP partner needs to provide access or adjust something in their system, we identify that during scoping.

Yes. We start by reviewing what it does, the problems you see and the access and documentation available. We then propose a repair or replacement based on what we find.
