Handle the rules your business actually uses
A customer may have their own price list. An order may ship from two warehouses. Your own stock may take priority over a supplier's, with a different delivery date when you need to buy it in.
We establish those rules with you and build them into the connection. That includes deciding which system supplies each value, how quickly it needs updating and what should wait for someone to check it.

If a customer asks for a PunchOut catalog or a retailer requires EDI documents, we can build that connection around your store and back office.
PunchOut lets a buyer shop in your store from their procurement system and return the basket for approval. EDI integration connects the orders, shipping notices and invoices required by trading partners to your own systems.

We monitor and maintain your integrations after launch
We handle the build, test with your data and agree the switch to live. Then we host and monitor the integration and investigate problems with the connection.
You have a dashboard to see what has been processed and what needs attention. Routine maintenance and small adjustments are included in the monthly service; larger changes are agreed separately before the work starts.

Yes. We can build connections around CSV, Excel or XML files as well as APIs. We check a real sample, how it arrives and how often it changes before agreeing the approach.
